I'm so excited to be doing a giveaway for Shabby Apple!  Shabby Apple offers affordable and stylish clothing that is perfect for work and play!  They have so many amazing women's dresses as well as dresses for little girls.  I am soo ready for warm weather around here, so the dress I picked to giveaway reminds me of warmer weather and trips to the beach.  Let me introduce you to Happy Talk.
Isn't this dress beautiful!?!  I love the bright yellow color and beautiful rosettes!  It definitely makes me what to go soak in some sun!  So, what do you have to do to win?  It's easy!!
