Pink Polka Dot Baby Shower!

My friend Mary and I threw a baby shower for two of our friends having girls. Both of them already have boys, so we totally girlified this shower. It was fun doing everything in PINK! We had fun tissue paper ball thingies hanging from the ceiling. These are from a Martha Stewart Craft kit at Walmart. We also tied pink bows on all sorts of things around the room, as well as using some pink polka dot fabric for decorating. I also had a fun time making each of them some fun girly things. I love PINK!

I'm trying to be creative and recycle old clothes into new ones! One of my friends at church gave me some of her old clothes and said that if I didn't want them I could just give them to a thrift store. Well, I found some that I wanted for myself, and some that I wanted for the FABRIC! This old shirt of hers makes an awfully cute velvety dress for Brynlee...perfect for Valentine's Day!
